Du überzeugst mit Offenheit, Empathie und Freude am Dialog mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen.

Du denkst konzeptionell, triffst klare Entscheidungen und findest passende Lösungen.

Du setzt KI-Tools in deinem Fachgebiet souverän ein, bewertest die Ergebnisse kritisch und unterstützt Kunden und adessi dabei, Potenziale von KI zu nutzen.

Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine sichere Kommunikation.

Responsibilities:

Du berätst Versicherungs-Makler bei der Optimierung ihrer Prozesse und IT-Landschaften.

Du konzipierst und modernisierst digitale Geschäftsprozesse in allen Themen der Digitalisierung (u.a. Vertriebsprozesse, Künstliche Intelligenz, BiPRO, Maklerportale, MVP, Vergleicher etc.).

Du entwickelst IT-Lösungen wie z.B. Maklerportale, Bestands-, Schaden- und Provisionssysteme oder Maklersysteme.

Du bereitest Workshops vor, führst sie durch und moderierst den Dialog mit den Kunden.

Du übernimmst die Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte.

Du prüfst technische Möglichkeiten und wählst geeignete Tools und Frameworks aus.
