Responsibilities:

Du erfasst bestehende HR-Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst passgenaue Digitalisierungsstrategien - von der ersten Prozessaufnahme bis zur fertigen Lösung.

Du führst Workshops mit Stakeholdern durch, übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in IT-Lösungen und unterstützt bei der Systemauswahl durch Markt- und Fit-Gap-Analysen.

Du implementierst moderne HR-Technologien wie HRIS, E-Signatur, Zeugnisgenerator oder Lernplattformen und sorgst dafür, dass alle Maßnahmen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Du bringst neue Ideen ein, entwickelst Methoden und Tools weiter und baust unser HR-IT-Portfolio strategisch aus.
