Wir kombinieren operative Vertriebskraft im Bestand mit einer klaren Struktur für Cloud- und Subscription-Sales und verankern diese Themen im gesamten Vertrieb

Wir transformieren das Geschäft von Einmaldeals in ein skalierbares Subscription-Modell (ARR) und heben systematisch Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale, zum Beispiel von Adobe zu Security und AWS

Wir treiben aktiv Umsatz über Bestandskunden, sichern Renewals und entwickeln Go-to-Market-Ansätze für AWS, Security und weitere Vendoren

Wir etablieren Prozesse, Transparenz und Steuerung in den Bereichen Pipeline, Forecast und KPIs und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Account Managern, Specialists und Operations
