What the posting says

About Docker

Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.

We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

Docker is looking for a Senior Marketing GTM Analytics Marketing to serve as the strategic analytics partner to Marketing and its cross functional partners. This manager level individual contributor will connect customer, campaign, product usage, and revenue data to help leaders improve conversion, prioritize investments, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the strategic analytics partner to Marketing, translating ambiguous questions into clear analyses, recommendations, and measurable actions.

Own lead and account funnel analytics, including conversion, velocity, quality, cohort performance, and the drivers of strong or weak outcomes.

Define trusted attribution and return on investment methodologies for marketing programs, including marketing development funds, co marketing, and marketing funded SPIFFs.

Develop the targeting and measurement model for an inside sales motion into product led growth prospects.

Build account intelligence and scoring to support account based marketing, expansion, and new product adoption.

Lead the analytical narrative for Marketing QBRs, operating reviews, and planning, connecting activity to pipeline and revenue.

Design experiments and measurement plans that identify which programs and growth motions should scale, change, or stop.

Build scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls in partnership with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data teams.

Qualifications

7 or more years of experience in marketing, growth, revenue, or GTM analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Advanced SQL skills and experience with customer, campaign, product usage, CRM, and cloud warehouse data.

Strong knowledge of demand generation, funnel measurement, attribution, experimentation, account based marketing, and pipeline economics.

Ability to independently structure complex problems and deliver defensible, decision ready recommendations.

Experience building scalable dashboards and data products. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent executive communication, high standards for accuracy, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Comfort operating as a strategic, hands on individual contributor.
