About the Role

Join an AI-native legal services startup as a senior partner and help shape its growth. You will bring an established, portable client practice to the firm while helping move recurring legal work into AI-supported workflows.

What You'll Do

Develop the firm's growth through your professional network and established client relationships.

Continue advising your clients while transitioning suitable work into the firm's technology platform.

Build cross-selling opportunities for commercial and compliance services across your client base.

Represent the firm in the market and work with the founding team to improve legal service delivery through automation.

What We're Looking For

12 or more years of German legal practice, with partner-level experience at a recognized law firm or boutique.

A portable, diversified book of business worth at least €1 million, ideally with connections to private equity, venture capital, or mid-market businesses.

Experience in recurring, automatable areas such as commercial contracts, IT and data, corporate and venture capital, or regulatory work.

German-qualified Volljurist admitted as a Rechtsanwalt, with native-level German and professional English.

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or legal AI software, and an interest in applying automation to legal work.

Germany-based and authorized to work in Germany, with a feasible path to transition client work.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual compensation is €200,000 to €300,000, with meaningful equity participation. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Hybrid, based in Berlin, Germany.
