Senior Performance Lead - Consumer

As our next Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels, with a particular focus on PPC and app growth. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who’s ready to shape how Checkatrade wins in a world of AI-driven search, dynamic pricing, and always-on discovery.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

Delivering channel strategies that grow acquisition, retention and revenue across web and app.

Spotting new ways to win, from smart bidding and feed optimisation to emerging AI-led formats.

Collaborating with product, analytics and commercial teams to align performance with business goals.

Making sure every campaign is measurable, optimised, and future-ready

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

Experience (or eagerness to learn) in high-scale performance marketing, ideally across web and app.

A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.

Confidence with SA360, Performance Max, and AI-led optimisation, or the drive to master them fast.
