In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle; from discovery and strategy through execution and optimization, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business impact.

You will define product vision and roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs and business value, and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to bring products to market. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives

Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities

Make strategic decisions on feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, value vs. effort, and customer impact analysis

Product Development & Execution

Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams

Work within Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) to manage product backlogs and sprint planning

Build prototypes and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences

Data & Experimentation

Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion

Monitor product KPIs, user behavior analytics, and funnel performance to identify improvement opportunities

Conduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and unit economics analysis to inform decisions

Partner with data teams to build dashboards and reporting for product performance tracking

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Interface with leadership, marketing, customer support, and other teams to align on priorities

Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints

Growth & Optimization

Drive initiatives across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization

Optimize conversion funnels, pricing strategies, and user onboarding flows

Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the team

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management

What You'll Bring

Experience & Background

5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products

Experience managing products in high-traffic consumer web platforms, subscription businesses, e-commerce, adtech, or SaaS

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and measurable business impact

Soft Skills & Working Style

Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels

Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute tactical work
