Kranus Health is a digital therapeutics platform running in several countries across urology and gynecology. Our newest therapy, Kranus Mictera, treats urinary incontinence in women, a condition that affects one in three women and that almost no onetakes seriously. Our therapies are built together with leading clinicians and scientists, prescribed by doctors, and reimbursed by health insurers, whichmeans everything you ship reaches patients with a real diagnosis instead of a wellness audience. We are ~50 people, everyone here owns outcomes ratherthan tickets, and AI is a settled part of how we work, so you won't be stuck in 2022 tooling here. One platform, many therapies, 3 countries. The Role

As our Product Manager in charge of our consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics, you will lead the way to transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class with taste. This is not a feature-shipping role. We want someone who thinks in user journeys, obsesses over behavior change, and can tell the difference between a product that works and one that genuinely moves patients forward.

Your responsibilities

Therapy ownership: You own the full patient journey end-to-end – from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy, through onboarding and the active therapy phase, to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay. AI is part of the work and part of the product – but it's a means to an end, not the goal itself.

Behavior & retention: You apply proven knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.

Mobile ownership: You own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.

App Store excellence: You treat ratings, store presence, and ASO as core product levers, and actively optimize the funnel from impression to activation.

YOUR TOOLKIT

Mobile expertise: Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps.

Platform fluency: You understand the technical realities of iOS and Android and know how to work with them – not around them.

Data & AI fluency: You use AI to move fast, know when it's hallucinating, and back every decision with analytics and experiments, because you own the outcome.

Languages: Fluent in German and English.

High agency: You naturally push topics forward, bring people along, and don't wait to be asked.

Taste: You know what a great, beautiful, yet functional product needs to look like in 2026.

Optional – health or behavior background: Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products, or genuine passion for it.
