About this role

At Yubo, Product Managers have real ownership. They work in strong partnership with Product Designers and Engineering, shaping strategy and decisions from problem definition all the way to delivery, with direct and visible impact on both the product and the business.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to form that partnership with a Product Designer: a duo jointly responsible for the end-to-end experiences you ship together. You'll take ownership of a strategic product area, identify the biggest opportunities, and turn them into clear product bets on a product used by millions of people.

We're moving away from small, isolated feature launches toward bigger, end-to-end experiences tested at scale. You'll combine user understanding, data and strong product convictions to frame problems, shape solutions with Design and Engineering, and decide what to scale, iterate, or stop.

You'll also work closely with Data, Machine Learning, Brand Marketing and Trust & Safety on challenges ranging from recommendation and discovery to retention, safety, monetization and AI.

This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who wants their decisions to have a visible impact on both user experience and business outcomes.

To make this dream duo work, we’re basing this role in Paris and looking for someone willing to come to the office once or twice a week.

Collaborate with Data, Machine Learning, Brand Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Legal to make informed product decisions

You combine strong product intuition with analytical rigor

You enjoy working closely with Design and Engineering and leading through influence rather than hierarchy

You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and changing direction when the evidence tells you to

You know how to balance user experience with growth, engagement, monetization, safety, and long-term product health

Within 6 months, you will

Own the strategy and key initiatives for your product area end to end

Lead ambitious product bets that rethink meaningful parts of the user experience rather than isolated features

Drive measurable progress on outcomes such as retention, engagement, recommendation quality, monetization, or trust
