Fanatics Markets lets them trade on them.</p> <p>Fanatics connects 100M+ fans with around 900 sports partners across Commerce, Collectibles, and Betting &amp; Gaming. We’re now building Fanatics Markets, and we want it to be the biggest and best prediction market for sports, sports culture, crypto and beyond.</p> <p>Our core customer is a sports-first trader who is more likely to use Robinhood or Hyperliquid than a sportsbook. We’re building a suite of tools to give this customer the best possible trading experience from their phone. We have a small, high-performing team and a very flat structure to ensure the best ideas win.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager who is highly nimble and can solve a wide range of problems across the entire product stack. You’ll come in, understand the problem, define a solution, ship, iterate and move on to the next problem. Here are some example problems you might solve:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Building the best perpetual futures product for a sports-first trader</p> </li> <li> <p>Building a “pro” trading mode for our best customers</p> </li> <li> <p>Building industry-first tools that help traders make better decisions</p> </li> <li> <p>Building new types of rewards and incentives for traders</p> </li> <li> <p>Whatever else you come up with to drive trading volume and grow the business</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>2–6 years’ experience in Product Management</p> </li> <li> <p>A love of numbers – you think in probabilities and make data-driven decisions</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience delivering amazing products to end customers</p> </li> <li> <p>An entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort with basic trading concepts and familiar with top platforms like Kalshi, Polymarket, Robinhood, Coinbase and Hyperliquid.</p> </li> <li> <p>You move fast</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in fintech&nbsp; or building a trading product</p> </li> <li> <p>A STEM background or quantitative degree<br><br>#LI-LS2<br><br></p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
