About the Role

Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), supporting the execution of high-priority, high-visibility, cross functional initiatives that shape Chime’s strategic direction, handpicked as mission critical by our C-Suite. You’ll work across the entirety of Chime – Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and more – to fully embed and drive the organizational backbone of this work by eliminating risks, ensuring clear communication and driving decisions that enable Chime’s strategy. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving hard problems, and have a track record of cross-functional impact, this is your chance to progress business strategy at one of the fastest-growing companies in FinTech.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000 and up to $190,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes, high impact, and highly visible across Chime.

Translate ambiguous company priorities into clear program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.

Be self-driven and drive end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic, cross-functional projects and programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact outcomes.

Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to build buy-in, adoption and drive results

Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives

Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows, decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.

To thrive in this role, you have:

A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role.

Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by outstanding program management skills

Deep experience in improving cross-functional operations & scaling systems

Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing

Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments

Skilled at managing change and multiple workstreams at once

Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.

Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills

Eagerness to leverage AI to enable you & Chime to work smarter, faster and more efficiently

You might have an MBA, PMP or experience working in Fintech
