About the role:
Growth MX squad aims to drive sustainable customer growth in Mexico by improving how people discover, join, activate and stay engaged with Nubank, while supporting multiple products, teams and channels simultaneously. We are looking for a researcher who can understand the customer journey end to end and turn insights into growth strategy, while setting a high bar for research quality within the squad. This person will lead the research agenda across acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention, and will partner closely with Product, Design, Data and Business.

We are looking for an Senior Researcher with a strong background in UXR and mixed methods, capable of combining strategic vision, methodological rigor, AI usage and business partnership to uncover what drives customer growth in Mexico and consistently scale the impact of research.
Lead end-to-end research for Growth MX, turning open business questions into clear research plans across qual, quant and mixed methods.
Uncover why customers do or don’t sign up, activate, engage and stay, and translate findings into hypotheses and experiments.
Partner with Product, Design, Data and Business so insights shape the growth roadmap and what we build, test and scale.
Ensure research quality: rigorous methods, reusable insights and clear storytelling that influence senior stakeholders.
Raise the bar for the research practice, mentoring teammates and leveraging AI to scale how we generate and share insights.
