What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer, Support & Integration (C++), you will join the Snke Anatomy Applications team and help ensure that our Digital Patient Model services are reliably integrated and supported in customer environments. In this role, you will handle escalated technical issues and provide third-level support through analysis, root cause investigation, and collaboration with the engineering team. Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide clear technical findings to the responsible engineering team.
Support customers with the integration of our services, APIs, and data flows.

Work with modern C++20 services and understand older C++ code bases for debugging and support purposes.
Communicate technical findings clearly to internal teams and customers.
Contribute to development work when support priorities allow.
