Senior Solution Consultant

India -Remote

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of Pharmacovigilance (PV) / Drug Safety Services experience.

At least 2 years of experience in developing and designing client-specific safety solutions.

Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, including the application of automation to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Experience working with clients across the full lifecycle, from pre-award proposal development through post-award delivery and account management.

Responsible for the design, operational execution, and successful delivery of global Pharmacovigilance solutions.

Accountable for:

Pre-sales support and solution development

Preparation of budgets and commercial proposals

Post-award account management

Client relationship management and delivery oversight

Functions as an individual contributor, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality safety solutions.
