Senior System Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

Salary: 44.000 - 81.000 € per year

Requirements:

Proven experience in systems integration, particularly involving software, electronics, and mechanical components.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings; proficiency in understanding C-code for embedded systems; familiarity with 3D CAD tools; and a solid understanding of digital communication protocols.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including diagnosing complex issues in real-world scenarios.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing outstanding support and building lasting relationships.

Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Comfort adapting to evolving priorities and contributing across different stages of product development.

Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer support and field troubleshooting.

Practical, hands-on experience troubleshooting technical components and battery packs.

Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of battery and charging systems across software, electronic hardware, and mechanical designs within diverse customer UAV platforms.

Partner with internal software, hardware, mechanical, and validation teams during integration, testing, and validation of series products.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field, working directly with customers to support system performance and reliability.

Translate feedback from field operations and customer interactions into recommendations for system and hardware development teams.

Troubleshoot and perform teardowns of battery packs.

Establish and improve integration processes using real-world operational data.

Own customer-facing deliverables, including documentation and diagnostic tools, and serve as a primary technical contact for external partners.
