Dignotion is seeking a versatile and creative Social Media Editor to manage and grow social media accounts across a portfolio of client projects. From Gaming and Entertainment to Health & Wellness, Travel, Sports and Finance, you'll help bring brand voices to life across platforms, owning content creation, trend engagement and community management.

This is a hands-on, part-time role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, understands platform-specific content strategies, and can balance creativity with performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day content and community activity across multiple social media accounts

Create platform-native content (graphics, captions, short-form videos) tailored to each audience and industry

Monitor trends and social conversations to ensure brands stay relevant and engaging

Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and manage approval workflows

Engage with communities via comments, DMs, and real-time responses

Collaborate with internal teams (designers, account managers, media buyers) to align content with broader marketing campaigns

Track content performance, extract insights, and suggest optimizations to improve reach and engagement

Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across each brand

Requirements

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to switch tone and style based on brand identity

Design and basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)

Deep familiarity with trends, best practices, and content formats on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn

Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and brand voices

Experience using scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)

Fluent English; clear communicator and responsive team player

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with social media in regulated or fast-moving industries

Platform-specific growth expertise (e.g., viral formats, community-building, content niches)

Familiarity with influencer marketing or content partnerships

Additional spoken or written language capabilities

Previous work in a digital agency or freelance social media environment
