Position: Marketing Expert — Social Media (AI Agent Environments)

Type:Contract

Compensation:$60–$100/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

Design task briefs based on real social media work, identifying the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.

Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.

Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.

Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.

Diagnose issues from messy or conflicting data, prioritize tasks, and make tradeoffs in social media contexts.

Execute campaigns, manage social inboxes, and make judgment calls on brand channels.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social accounts.

Fluent in a social management platform like Sprout Social.

Comfortable reading native platform analytics.

Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.

Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
