Strong foundational knowledge of computer science and software engineering

Comfort with data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean coding principles

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically

Advanced-level English communication skills

Confidence and clarity when reasoning through technical problems

Responsibilities

Build and maintain real client projects across the stack

Participate in system design discussions and coding tasks

Collaborate in mock interviews and technical discussions to grow as a team

Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly with the team and clients

Write clean, tested, maintainable code

Preferred technical background
