Responsibilities:

Berate Kunden bei der Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Lösungen und CRM-Architekturen.

Analysiere technische Anforderungen und entwickle skalierbare Architekturkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung von Geschäftsprozessen, Integrationen und Plattformstrategien.

Entwirf nachhaltige Microsoft-Dynamics-365-Lösungsarchitekturen und begleite deren Umsetzung in komplexen Transformationsprojekten.

Führe technische Workshops durch und berate zu Themen wie Automatisierung, Customer Experience und modernen KI-gestützten Lösungsansätzen.

Unterstütze den Ausbau unserer Dynamics-365-Expertise durch Presales-Aktivitäten, Angebotsprozesse und den fachlichen Austausch im Team.
