Solutions Architect (Enterprise )

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architectural plans that translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.

Alignment with Business: Ensure solutions align with business goals, strategies, and operational needs.

Technical Guidance: Provide expertise to guide development teams in building solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge understanding and achieve consensus.

System Integration: Create designs that seamlessly integrate new solutions with existing systems and processes.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed solutions, offering mitigation strategies.

Documentation: Document architectural designs, decisions, and rationale for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualification in related field (Degree, Diploma and/or Certifications)

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.

In-depth understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture, and technology trends.

Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry-standard architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Familiarity with a wide range of technologies and platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., Google Cloud, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.
