Build customized demonstrations, workshops, and pilots aligned with prospective customers' R&D workflows.
Partner with sales colleagues and customer stakeholders to communicate value and support new business.
Lead technical evaluations and presentations that explain how digital R&D data management can improve research workflows.
Mentor early-career team members supporting technical evaluations.
Write scripts and configure integrations as needed for prospect engagements.
Travel 25% to 50% for customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
What We're Looking For
Four to seven years of experience, including at least four years in digitalization, change management, or R&D leadership.
An advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning or computational methods.
Strong chemistry or materials science expertise and understanding of enterprise R&D workflows and laboratory informatics.
Experience building and demonstrating technical platforms for enterprise customers, ideally alongside R&D digitalization or organizational change initiatives.
A value-focused pre-sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Python scripting ability is helpful. Experience in technical consulting or software engineering is also useful.
Fluent English; for European locations, advanced proficiency in the local language is expected.
Willingness to travel 25% to 50% and authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, or Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
