Special Projects Senior Associate

Working with the founders to initiate and execute new business strategies

Setting up internal processes and conduct process improvements on regular basis

Working with the founders to design a sales process, occasionally meet the clients, and close

Converting customer feedbacks into briefs and synthesizing customer requirements and assisting with pilot projects

2+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting firm or a similar role within a tech company

Strong verbal and written English ability

Strong analytical skills and problem solving essentials

Ability to communicate and organize your work effectively

Strong ability to drive result and get things done

Thrives in ambiguity and context switching between multiple parallel projects
