POSITION SUMMARY
Use SQL to pull, clean, and filter data for analysis
Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards in Power BI/Fabric with an eye towards data accuracy, functionality, and performance
Analyze existing dashboards to identify enhancement opportunities
Coordinate with data warehouse, IT, and other teams to ensure and maintain the integrity of the data that feeds the dashboards and problem solve any emerging issues
Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectation; understand, explain, and communicate variances; and adapt solutions to reflect emerging insights
Generate ad hoc analyses, tailor outputs to stakeholders, communicate insights effectively
Participate in initiatives to drive operational performance and strategic objectives
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
4-6 years of experience in the field or related area; Bachelor’s in quantitative field or related preferred
Expert level skills in SQL & Fabric and PowerBI
Healthcare, radiology, revenue cycle, medical billing, large enterprise, or consulting experience preferred.
Proficient in latest AI tools and technologies (CoPilot, Claude, etc.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, self-motivated team player able to partner effectively across Operations, Finance, IT, and Revenue Cycle teams.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $130,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
