About the role:

Have you built something with AI that changed how your team works? Maybe it's an agentic workflow that runs a process from start to finish, or an automation that fixed an operational problem nobody else could solve. We're looking for a senior builder who already works this way and is ready to do it at scale. You'll own projects in our AI-native knowledge framework. You'll work with subject matter experts and peers to create customer documentation and to design the systems that produce it. Experience in technical writing or content development helps, but your track record of building with AI matters most.

In this role, you will:

Design and build AI-powered workflows that change how we create, review, and maintain knowledge content. Examples include agentic pipelines that draft articles from product release information, or automations that flag outdated content.

Find operational problems across the knowledge program and solve them with AI, from intake and routing to quality checks and SME review.

Own projects on the content operations roadmap from scoping through delivery, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder updates.

Set and improve the processes and standards the team uses to develop knowledge, and make sure they work well with our AI tools.

Track KPIs on how well our knowledge content performs, share what you learn, and use the data to decide what to build or fix next.

Work with subject matter experts and peers to create and maintain accurate customer documentation.

Minimum requirements for this role:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of professional experience in operations, program management, knowledge management, technical writing, content development, learning and development, or a related field

Hands-on experience building AI solutions to operational problems, such as agentic workflows, multi-step automations, or AI tools connected to other systems. You can walk us through what you built, why you built it, and what changed as a result

Experience owning projects from start to finish, including scoping, timelines, dependencies, and coordination across teams

Experience creating or maintaining technical content, such as documentation, training materials, or knowledge base articles

A track record of spotting problems and solving them without detailed direction

Clear communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at every level

An ideal candidate also has:

Experience connecting AI tools to other systems through APIs, automation platforms, or MCP servers

Experience structuring content so AI systems can retrieve and use it accurately

Proficiency in Jira and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Experience with Confluence and Zendesk, or similar knowledge and support platforms

Experience querying data and building dashboards, ideally in Databricks or with SQL

A background in knowledge management or technical writing
