The team + the role

Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications.

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term.

This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week.

What this looks like day-to-day

Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade.

Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it.

Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident.

Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached.

Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts.

Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams.

You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month.

You're AI-curious — genuinely.

You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates.

Must-haves

5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization.

3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement.

Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint.

Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work.

Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it.

Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication.

Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms.

Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product.

Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment.

Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams.

Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling.
