CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in a remote, temporary full-time position supporting our Infrastructure sector. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with business leaders, drive recruiting strategies, and help attract the talent that powers the projects shaping communities across the country.

The ideal candidate will bring AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) recruiting experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have supported infrastructure-focused organizations, projects, or teams.

What You'll Do:

Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates

Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications

Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, making lasting connections and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience

Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 20+ positions, adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced team environment

Source talent for specialized and hard-to-fill technical engineering roles, leveraging social media platforms and recruitment tools

Track recruiting metrics and performance, manage data and reporting, and utilize systems to optimize results

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment, with expertise in hiring and/or sourcing for specialized technical engineering roles

At least 5 years’ experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties required

Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry highly desired with a strong preference for infrastructure experience

Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search techniques, AI-powered tools, and other innovative talent attraction methods

Proven success in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing tools

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)

Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting a plus

Experience managing recruiting teams

Salary Range:

$55.00 - $70.00

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
