What the posting says
TL;DR:
Imubit is looking for a top-notch Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to help transcend process industries with breakthrough machine learning technology. You will recruit globally among various roles and departments, ranging from Engineering, Software, Sales, Product, Delivery, and G&A
This role is open to remote candidates in the US. Preference is for east or central time zone, but open to all US.
About us:
Imubit is redefining how industrial companies around the world adopt and scale enterprise AI, adding millions of dollars to plant bottom lines while operating safely within constraints related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
Our AI platform supports real-time optimization across complex, nonlinear industrial systems, enabling both autonomous and guided decision-making in live production environments. Fortune 500 companies rely on Imubit to continuously improve profitability and sustainability across their most valuable assets.
Backed by Insight Partners, Imubit brings together deep domain expertise from companies such as Exxon and Shell with leading AI talent from Google and other top innovators. With teams across the United States and a growing international presence, Imubit is transforming operational optimization across industries ranging from refining and aromatics to polymers and LNG liquefaction.
We are looking for:
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a talent acquisition professional who thrives at the intersection of speed, quality, and strategy. As Imubit's Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across all functions and geographies — from sourcing to close — while building the infrastructure, processes, and employer brand that scale with our growth.
You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership, serving as both an execution engine and a strategic thought partner. If you love the challenge of finding exceptional people in niche markets, partnering with leaders who care deeply about the talent bar, and building something that lasts — this role is for you.
In this position, you will:
Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end across technical, GTM, and corporate functions in the US and internationally — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to design and execute structured, best-in-class interview processes, including interviewer calibration, training, and hiring enablement
Drive proactive outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, with a focus on niche, hard-to-find profiles in industrial software, AI/ML, and process engineering domains
Build and maintain a prioritization framework for recruiting support across all open roles, serving as a strategic advisor for roles you're not managing end-to-end
Own recruiting metrics and reporting across all hiring activity — pipeline health, time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire — using Greenhouse as the system of record
Build and evolve Imubit's employer brand, including strategy, content, and channel management across LinkedIn, the careers page, job boards, and social media
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, ensuring every person who engages with Imubit feels informed, respected, and excited about the mission
Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support rapid hiring without compromising the talent bar
Qualifications:
College degree preferred; BSc in Engineering highly desired
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record in technical and/or GTM hiring at enterprise software, industrial software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML businesses
2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or scale-up where you built as much as you hired
Strong outbound sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage people who aren't looking, and you do it with creativity and persistence
Data-driven and process-oriented, with hands-on experience in Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS) and a habit of using metrics to improve outcomes
Excellent communicator — you write and speak with clarity, adjust your style to different audiences, and know how to get candidates and hiring managers aligned
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment and accountability across hiring teams that include senior leaders and founders
Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
A genuine passion for building in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the work you do today shapes what the company looks like tomorrow
Great to have:
Recruiting experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial software space
Background in agency recruiting or RPO environments
