Assist with preparing and filing SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 and supporting proxy statement disclosures, as needed
Support the maintenance of the Workday–Shareworks integration, including monitoring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in equity administration or equity compensation consulting
General knowledge of GAAP accounting, payroll processes, and basic taxation principles
Strong analytical and organizational skills
