Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><p><span style="color: #1d1c1d;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Market responsibility, sales planning and development of new sales strategies for C-UAS</span></li> <li><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Creating, managing, and executing sales opportunities against a defined C-UAS quota</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Supporting and expanding existing business relationships, directly with end customers, through strategic partnerships, and via SME resellers and distributors</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Identification of trends and development of new market potential and customer segments</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Developing and implementing sales and market strategies for the DACH region, with particular focus on Defence, National Security and Public Safety</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Delivering strategies and tactics to maximise the potential for Dedrone solutions through existing Axon relationships, experience and their network, across both commercial and government verticals</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Processing inquiries and working closely with the wider EMEA/APAC/US sales, product and development teams on strategic projects</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #1d1c1d;"><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Degree in engineering, business studies, or comparable qualification</span></li> <li><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Manage large scale procurement through Ministry of Defence or Interior and related agencies</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Successful track record in sales requiring technical explanation (with management responsibility), preferably in the military technology or public safety sector</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Mission driven, outcomes focused, collaborative and team-oriented</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Mature, self starter, structured and transparent working style</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Strong negotiating skills as well as an engaging and confident appearance</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Excellent networking skills and an ability to operate at tactical, operational and strategic levels</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Business fluent in written and spoken English</span></li> <li style="color: #1d1c1d !important;"><span style="color: #1d1c1d;">Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce)</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
