BryceTech is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with strategic planning, organizational performance, program planning, and management analysis activities. The Strategic Planning Analyst will support the development and implementation of strategic priorities, objectives, performance measures, and action plans that align organizational activities with CDC mission requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting strategic planning initiatives, conducting organizational and environmental analysis, developing performance measures, and preparing executive-level materials. The candidate should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating complex information into actionable recommendations and plans.

Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational strategic plans and related planning products

Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, emerging issues, organizational challenges, and opportunities relevant to strategic priorities

Analyze organizational goals, objectives, programs, and activities to assess alignment with strategic priorities

Support the development of strategic goals, objectives, initiatives, milestones, and performance measures

Translate strategic priorities into actionable implementation plans, roadmaps, and work plans

Monitor progress against strategic objectives, milestones, and performance targets

Develop and maintain strategic planning trackers, performance dashboards, and other management tools

Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to support strategic decision-making

Conduct environmental scans, literature reviews, benchmarking studies, and other research in support of strategic planning activities

Assess organizational capabilities, resources, risks, and constraints that may affect achievement of strategic objectives

Identify gaps between current and desired organizational performance and develop recommendations for addressing those gaps

Facilitate strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, working groups, interviews, and stakeholder engagements

Prepare executive-level briefings, presentations, reports, decision memoranda, talking points, and other strategic communications

Support the development of performance measurement frameworks and organizational metrics

Analyze performance data and prepare recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness and achievement of strategic goals

Coordinate with CDC leadership, program managers, subject matter experts, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop planning products

Support strategic initiative governance, including tracking decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies

Assist with assessing the potential impact of organizational, policy, operational, or environmental changes on strategic priorities

Support implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor progress toward intended outcomes

Ensure strategic planning products are clear, consistent, data-informed, and aligned with organizational objectives

Perform other related duties in support of CDC strategic planning and management objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, public health, management, strategic planning, organizational development, social sciences, or a related field

5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting strategic planning, management analysis, program planning, organizational effectiveness, business analysis, or related activities

Experience supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans, organizational plans, or strategic initiatives

Experience conducting research, environmental analysis, and synthesis of complex information

Experience developing goals, objectives, performance measures, milestones, and implementation plans

Experience analyzing organizational performance and developing actionable recommendations

Experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, presentations, and decision-support materials

Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with senior government leaders and diverse stakeholder groups

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality products within established deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal agencies

Experience supporting federal strategic planning, performance management, or organizational transformation initiatives

Knowledge of CDC's mission, organizational structure, programs, and strategic priorities

Experience with federal performance management frameworks and strategic planning requirements

Experience developing logic models, strategy maps, balanced scorecards, performance frameworks, or organizational roadmaps

Experience conducting SWOT, PESTLE, benchmarking, gap, or organizational capability analyses

Experience developing executive dashboards and performance reports

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms

Experience facilitating senior-level strategic planning workshops or retreats

Experience supporting organizational change management or transformation initiatives

PMP, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification

Master's degree in business administration, public administration, public health, strategic management, organizational development, or a related field

Position is contingent upon contract award.
