We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing systems to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with other IT functions as needed.
Install, operate, manage, and maintain hardware and software systems, including administrator and service accounts.
Maintain system documentation and perform performance tuning, backup and recovery procedures, and planned configuration changes.
Interact with users and stakeholders to plan and implement system changes and provide ongoing support.
Evaluate and recommend vendor products and solutions.
Manage and monitor policies and standards for the use of computing resources.
Execute programs and projects within a specific IT function.
Provision and manage enterprise infrastructure components including servers, networks, databases, storage, virtualization platforms, data centers, backup systems, and data extraction solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
English Advacned - b2+
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent as defined by applicable regulations).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices in systems administration.
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP).
Broad understanding of project management principles.
Location & Schedule:
Remote work from Mexico
Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
