Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung sowie ein freundliches Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities:

Verantwortung für die Administration und den Betrieb unserer hybriden IT-Umgebung mit Fokus auf Identität- und Zugriffsmanagement auf Systeme und Anwendungen (Active Directory, AD-Sync und Entra-ID)

Verwaltung von Identitäten, Gruppen und Berechtigungen sowie Gewährleistung sicherer und reibungsloser Zugriffe auf Applikationen und Systeme (SSO, IdP, Conditional Access)

Optimierung und Betreuung unserer Kollaboration- und Kommunikationsplattformen (M365) für den digitalen Arbeitsplatz

Administration und Weiterentwicklung unseres Client-Managements (Intune, Baramundi)

Unterstützung bei der Integration und Weiterentwicklung hybrider IT-Landschaften

Aktive Mitwirkung bei Migrationen und Modernisierungsprojekten (z. B. Cloud-Transformationen oder Systemablösungen)

Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports für Windows 11 Systeme

Proaktive Weiterentwicklung und Optimierungsvorschläge für bestehende IT-Services
