Requirements:
Excellent command of Windows Server administration.
Excellent command of PowerShell (scripting, modules, APIs, end to end automation).
Good command of VMware Aria / vRealize Automation (vRA, vRO, blueprints, workflows).
Knowledge of other Aria suite components is considered an asset.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD applied to automation, REST APIs, and system integrations.
Experience with Azure, Terraform, GIT and Ansible is considered an asset.
Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks.
Deploy, maintain, and optimize VMware Aria / vRealize Automation workflows and blueprints.
Participate in the administration and evolution of Windows platforms, including Windows Server, Active Directory / ADFS / GPO, SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
Contribute to the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Ensure performance, security, and reliability across virtual and physical infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with network, security, and development teams to integrate automation solutions across the organization.
Support industrialization efforts, migrations, and continuous improvement projects.
