We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead our dynamic recruitment function across the EMEA region. Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Director

Develop and implement EMEA-wide talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals across multiple locations, ensuring high performance and engagement.

Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on best practices in recruitment, talent mapping, and employer branding.

Oversee the implementation and utilisation of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.

Analyse market trends and recruitment metrics to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

Partner with business leaders and HR partners to forecast talent needs and proactively source candidates.

Essential Qualifications and Skills Required

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or equivalent role within an international organisation, preferably within EMEA.

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, legal obligations, and best practices across the EMEA region.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
