About the Role

The TA Ops team powers Nubank’s recruiting operation: systems, data, efficiency, risk, partnerships, and enablement. In the Systems Management pillar, you will be the hands-on admin of the recruiting stack, with Ashby as the ATS and tools such as CodeSignal, helping systems and processes work together at scale.

You’ll be Responsible for

Administer Ashby and its connected tools day to day: configuration, permissions, user and role management, workflows, templates, and custom fields.

Handle and resolve requests from recruiters, coordinators, and TA leadership, learning to act autonomously on recurring cases.

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and escalate to vendors or engineering when needed.

Support systems and integration projects, from requirements gathering through testing and rollout.

Keep documentation up to date and follow the team’s intake, prioritization, and change management practices.

Query data with SQL, build reports, and write simple scripts and automations.

What We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Required

Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruiting workflow (requisition, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer, hiring) and how an ATS supports it.

Hands-on experience with a large, robust ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar, ideally as an admin, power user, or recruiting operations/coordination professional.

Comfort reading API and product documentation, and curiosity to learn how systems connect.

Attention to detail and a commitment to keeping data clean and reliable.

Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

English for working with vendors and global teams.

Nice to Have

Direct experience with Ashby.

Exposure to integrations between ATS, HRIS, assessment, and scheduling tools.

Familiarity with ITSM practices (ticketing, SLAs, change management).

Entry-level technical skills: basic SQL to query and validate data, and basic coding (Python, Apps Script, or similar) to automate simple tasks.
