Führungsgespür: Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Leitung von Teams, und deine Fähigkeiten als kompetente Führungskraft werden von Mitarbeitenden geschätzt – sowohl in verteilten Cloud-Projektorganisationen als auch beim Kunden vor Ort.

Dein Netzwerk ist gefragt: Ein gut ausgebautes Netzwerk in der SAP-Branche, idealerweise mit Fokus auf SAP Cloud ERP, gehört zu deinem Profil und du setzt es gezielt und gewinnbringend ein.

Kommunikationstalent: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – intern wie extern.

Responsibilities:

Teamleitung: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines wachsenden SAP-Cloud-ERP-Teams, förderst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und stellst durch Coaching, Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche eine klare Ausrichtung an unserer Cloud-ERP-Strategie sicher.

Auslastungsverantwortung: Gezielte Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden, Steuerung der Auslastung und des Skill-Aufbaus sowie konsequente Ausrichtung an unserer Cloud-ERP-Strategie durch Coaching und Feedback-Gespräche.

Alles im Blick: Du hast den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer SAP-Cloud-ERP-Initiativen im Rahmen unseres Geschäftsmodells im Blick – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung beim Kunden.

Nah am Kunden: Im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden baust du Beziehungen aus, betreust sie ganzheitlich auf Basis unseres SAP-Portfolios und setzt dabei einen klaren Schwerpunkt auf SAP Cloud ERP.

Projektarbeit & Deep Dive: In SAP-Cloud-ERP-Projekten wirkst du federführend mit: Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, berätst unsere Kunden zu standardnahen Cloud-Lösungen und übernimmst als Project Manager, Solution Architect oder LoB-Experte Verantwortung von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Go-live.
