Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification; additional certifications in software architecture are ideal.

Several years of experience in a software development leadership role, preferably in an agile environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and excellent communication abilities.

Commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn.

Extensive technical and methodological expertise, with a solution-oriented approach, conscientiousness, reliability, and systematic working methods.

Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts for complex projects.

Lead and coach development teams, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards throughout the development process.

Conduct architecture and code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve code quality, innovation, and efficiency.

Identify vulnerabilities in existing implementations and develop targeted solutions to improve system performance.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize user experience.

Develop team members skills, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance.

Develop innovative technical concepts and support a dynamic team in an agile environment.
