Requirements:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Risikomanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Berufserfahrung im Compliance-, Audit-, Zertifizierungs- oder Risikomanagementumfeld, idealerweise in einem akkreditierten oder regulierten Unternehmen.

Mindestens Grundkenntnisse zu allgemeinen Themen der IT-Sicherheit.

Kenntnisse in Risikomanagement-Frameworks oder ISO-Regelungen (z. B. 17065, ISO 27001) sind von Vorteil.

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Ergebnisorientierung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Erste Führungserfahrung und Kompetenz im Aufbau und in der Leitung leistungsfähiger Teams.

Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick und souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities:

Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Compliance, interne Revision und operatives Risikomanagement.

Planung und Durchführung von internen Audits sowie Begleitung externer Audits und Akkreditierungen.

Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der schriftlich fixierten Ordnung (SFO), internen Richtlinien und Policies.

Aufbau, Pflege und Überwachung eines Operational-Risk-Management-Systems (OpRisk).

Zentrale und proaktive Koordination von Schemeanforderungen im Rahmen von Zertifizierungen nach relevanten Standards.

Sicherstellung der Konformität zu regulatorischen, normativen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen.

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, der Geschäftsleitung sowie externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere mit der DAkkS.

Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams im Bereich Compliance und Risikomanagement.

Ressourcenplanung, Zieldefinition und Förderung einer integren und risikobewussten Unternehmenskultur.

Verantwortung für die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung der Teammitglieder.

Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Management-Systems (CMS) und Integration eines ganzheitlichen Governance-, Risk- & Compliance-Ansatzes (GRC).

Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei der Risikostrategie und Berichterstattung über Compliance- und Risikoentwicklungen.

Impulsgeber für kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Prozessoptimierung und interne Kontrollsysteme.

Sanktions- und Embargoscreening.
