About the Role

This role will own the technical and operational coordination of Keeper’s growing ecosystem of technology partnerships and integrations. The ideal candidate brings a software development, integrations engineering or similarly technical background, along with the communication and organizational skills required to manage external partner relationships.

This person will serve as the primary bridge between technology partners and Keeper’s Product and Engineering teams. They will independently assess integration feasibility, test and troubleshoot APIs and webhooks, gather technical requirements, manage partner communications and keep a high-volume pipeline of integrations moving from initial research through validation, launch and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, evaluate and prioritize technology partners across security, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, collaboration, DevOps, automation and related ecosystems

Own the integration and partner pipeline from initial research and outreach through technical evaluation, onboarding, validation, launch and ongoing coordination

Review API, webhook and integration documentation to assess feasibility, dependencies, authentication requirements and implementation scope

Use tools such as Postman, curl, Git and lightweight scripts to test APIs, validate payloads and troubleshoot integration behavior

Read and understand code and technical implementation details well enough to investigate issues and determine when deeper Engineering support is required

Serve as a primary point of contact for technology partners, managing correspondence, technical follow-ups, onboarding steps and launch coordination

Prepare and submit applications to partner, certification and technology alliance programs, tracking progress and following up through completion

Translate partner and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements, use cases, workflows and structured summaries for Product and Engineering

Coordinate with Engineering on integration requirements, technical blockers, implementation tradeoffs and release readiness

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective, active and launched integrations, including status, next steps, technical requirements, risks and key contacts

Partner with Marketing and Documentation teams to ensure integrations are accurately described, positioned, published and supported

Track integration health, partner dependencies and ongoing maintenance needs after launch

Define and report metrics including partners sourced, applications submitted, integrations validated, integrations launched and overall pipeline progress

Present partner and integration status, risks, priorities and outcomes to leadership

Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve technical research, partner analysis, communication drafting, documentation and workflow efficiency

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software development, integrations engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships or a related technical role

Prior experience in a software development, integrations engineering or similarly hands-on technical position

Ability to read, understand and write code or scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go or similar

Strong hands-on experience working with APIs and webhooks, including reading documentation, making test calls and validating payloads or events

Experience using tools such as Postman, curl, Git or similar development and integration-testing tools

Strong understanding of common integration patterns, authentication methods, authorization flows and data-exchange concepts

Ability to independently test and troubleshoot integration behavior before escalating issues to Engineering

Experience translating partner, customer or business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams

Proven ability to manage a high-volume and diverse pipeline of technology partners or integrations from sourcing through launch

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience representing a company externally and working internally across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Solutions teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting partner-facing and executive-facing communications

Experience defining, tracking and presenting pipeline metrics and outcomes to leadership

Ability and willingness to use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to support research, technical analysis, communication, documentation and workflow efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing, testing or managing integrations across multiple technology categories

Experience with security, identity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS collaboration or DevOps platforms

Familiarity with platforms such as Wiz, Tenable, SailPoint, Slack, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or similar technologies

Familiarity with automation and orchestration ecosystems such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Vault or Jenkins

Experience managing partner certification programs, technology alliance applications or marketplace listings

Experience supporting integration launches, ongoing maintenance and partner-driven technical escalations
