Act as the primary tool administrator for our project management stack, including expert-level configuration and management of Jira and ClickUp.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners —including developers, designers, content creators, and marketing stakeholders—and our Senior Web Strategist to align on project goals, creative and technical requirements, and timelines.

Design, implement, and continuously improve our web operational governance model to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all projects.

Manage the web team's roadmap, facilitate prioritization, and oversee resource allocation to ensure strategic goals are met.

Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.

5-7+ years of experience in program or technical project management, with a strong focus on managing complex web projects in a fast-paced environment.

Expert-level knowledge and proven success implementing and managing Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management processes.

A deep understanding of the web project lifecycle, including both the technical and creative requirements needed to bring digital experiences to life.

Exceptional proficiency with modern project management tools, specifically Jira and ClickUp, with a strong ability to configure workflows, build dashboards, and train users.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable plans.
