Test Engineer - Connectivity for Industrial Networks (f/m/d)

Salary: 45.000 - 85.000 € per year

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Engineering or comparable apprenticeship

Good knowledge of communication systems in automation technology (e.g. EtherNet/IP)

Experience in automation technology including device integration into software products

Knowledge of PLC programming languages

Curiosity to discover and apply new technologies

Fluent written and spoken English; German is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Cooperate with various international R&D product areas for the specification and implementation of Industrial protocol

Ensure internal certification of equipment and support product areas in external certifications according to Schneider Electric standards

Work together with experts on the definition of existing and new interoperability test strategies

Ensure interoperability of industry assets and solutions by supporting the creation and implementation of general rules, requirements and internal standards through interoperability and certification tests
