Reporting to the senior manager, global liquidity management, this person will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of global treasury liquidity management. This individual will collaborate daily with cross-functional/cross-regional members
What you'll do
Run daily liquidity positioning: Lead the daily process of positioning cash and crypto assets so we can meet global obligations and fund products on time.
Forecast liquidity needs: Build and maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting process for every subsidiary and business owner, so funding is in place when it's needed.
Optimize pooling and yield: Lead global cash and stablecoin pooling to minimize idle balances, improve yield, and design efficient funding structures.
Improve working capital: Partner with Finance to define, report on, and drive improvement in working capital metrics.
Own cash reporting: Deliver periodic cash reports and forecasts that give management clear visibility into balances and sources and uses of cash.
Build treasury systems: Work with treasury leadership to shape and execute our global treasury management system strategy across business lines, and develop the tools that support day-to-day liquidity management.
Manage FX risk: Monitor and mitigate exposure from foreign-currency assets and liabilities.
Partner across the business: Build strong working relationships with Accounting, Finance Ops, Tax, Compliance, Crypto Ops, and other teams, and guide decisions on how cash and cash equivalents are used.
Manage banking relationships: Own relationships with regional and global banking partners to implement liquidity and investment strategies.
Develop others: Mentor new hires and junior team members.
What you'll bring
6+ years of Treasury experience at a multinational corporation or financial institution
Track record leading daily cash management and cash forecasting
Hands-on experience with bank data integration and SWIFT connectivity
Experience designing and implementing netting, a global in-house bank, or follow-the-sun liquidity structures
Success building reporting, accountability, and performance mechanisms that help a team operate at a high level
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple projects at once
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and the ability to influence teams whose priorities compete
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with other analytical tools is a plus
A collaborative approach that promotes excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through technology
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business field
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$144,000—$180,000 USD
