Tuition Biller

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology

Collaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process.

Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) of tuition billing process.

Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions.

Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

2 + years of business office or accounting experience required

Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in the tuition billing operations for an institution of higher learning

Excellent customer service, oral and written communication

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Efficiency in MS Office

Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthology preferred

Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities.

Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems.

Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK.

Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Strong time management skills

Ability to multi-task in dynamic and changing environment
