Collaborate with the RVT team on escalated cases and cases requiring further review.

Clinical Expertise

Provide practical clinical feedback to Product, Engineering, Operations, and other Vetster teams regarding workflows that affect veterinary care.

Schedule & Caseload

This role requires an expected commitment of approximately 40 hours per week, inclusive of scheduled appointments, medical records, administrative time, continuity-of-care activities, internal meetings, and clinical follow-up.

Appointments with clients are scheduled in 20-minute increments.

The anticipated average caseload is approximately 12–16 appointments per day.

Appointments are generally scheduled consecutively (varies by demand), with protected time given for meal breaks, medical records, and administrative responsibilities.

Veterinarians have flexibility in establishing their schedule while also maintaining consistent Monday through Friday weekday availability.

No routine nights, holidays, or on-call responsibilities are expected.

What You Bring

Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to determine when virtual care is appropriate.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong medical record and documentation ability

Ability to collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in veterinary telemedicine or multi-state practice is considered an asset.

Maintaining personal professional liability insurance.

Any professional association memberships and associated dues.

Other individual professional expenses unless otherwise agreed upon.
