Who We Are
We are a growing US tax and technology company combining expert tax services with AI and automation. We are looking for a CPA with US tax experience to join our AI team and help train and improve our AI technology.
The US Tax Analyst position at Gelt requires working GMT (UK) hours 5 days per week and is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze US individual and business tax returns.
Label and organize tax data for AI training.
Review tax documents and identify relevant information.
Check AI-generated results for accuracy and provide feedback.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and unusual tax situations.
Work closely with the AI team to improve the quality and accuracy of our data.
Help create and improve data-labeling guidelines and processes.
Requirements
CPA – required
Minimum 3 years of US Tax experience – required
Strong understanding of US tax returns, forms, and schedules.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Very detail-oriented and organized.
Quick learner and comfortable learning new technology.
Able to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to Have
Experience with CCH, ProConnect, UltraTax, or GoSystem.
Experience with QuickBooks Online.
Previous experience with AI, data labeling, data annotation, or data quality.
Startup or technology company experience.
