User Operation Intern

Responsibilities

Support daily user operations and handle administrative activities efficiently.

Assist in maintaining comprehensive user-related records, reports, and operational documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of user operation processes.

Monitor and follow up on operational tasks, ensuring timely completion and precise record keeping.

Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to user operations.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

Provide general operational and administrative support to the team as needed.

Participate in cross-functional projects and actively contribute to achieving business objectives.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.

Available for a full-time internship commitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
