VA Bookkeeper (Accurri experience required)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeper) in a remote position and is knowledgeable in using Accurri software. The successful candidate will provide assistance in managing the company's financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using Accurri software

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Generate invoices and quoting off spreadsheet

Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws

Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper

Proficiency in Accurri software

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field is preferred

Other requirements:

Must have a stable primary internet connection and a backup connection

Able to work in case of power outages continuously (has backup power source/ample power bank)

Must have their own equipment that can handle accounting programs.
