This is a remote position.
Build and continuously expand Rayda's network of qualified vendors across European markets.
Research and identify suitable IT hardware, logistics, repair, storage and device lifecycle partners.
Develop a structured pipeline of potential vendors across priority European countries.
Assess vendors based on capability, geographic coverage, pricing, service quality and reliability.
Lead vendor outreach, qualification, due diligence and onboarding.
Negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial terms with vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with active vendors and ensure they remain operationally effective.
Coordinate with vendors to fulfil procurement, deployment, recovery, repair and other customer requirements.
Monitor vendor performance, service levels, pricing and customer experience.
Identify gaps in Rayda's vendor coverage and proactively develop solutions as Rayda expands into new European markets.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations or business development.
Proven experience sourcing, evaluating and onboarding third party vendors or service providers.
Experience building or expanding vendor or supplier networks across multiple markets.
Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
Ability to assess vendors based on capability, pricing, quality and reliability.
Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple countries and stakeholders.
Experience in IT hardware, logistics, device lifecycle or technology services is an advantage.
Familiarity with European markets and business practices is preferred.
