Contract:3 to 6 months(extendable)



Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Construction Manager to oversee construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery

Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Utilize digital tools, such as project management software, BIM, and virtual reality, to enhance project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

3+ years experience in construction management, preferably in a virtual or remote setting

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Certification in construction management, such as CCM or CPCM
