WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:

Radiology Partners, through its owned and affiliated practices, is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the nation. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology by innovating across clinical value, technology, service, and economics, while elevating the role of radiology and radiologists in healthcare. Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.

Radiology Partners (RP) is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Operations Transformation to lead the programs that transform clinical workflow and performance across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Transformation, this leader is accountable end to end for conceiving programs, operating them at scale, building the analytics that prove their impact, and reporting results to operators and executives.

As RP grows, workflow, efficiency, and technology are foundational to quality, service, and economic health, and this role turns that ambition into operating reality. Current priorities include valuing physician work, measuring and incentivizing clinical performance, and deploying RP’s AI-native reading platform; the portfolio will continue to evolve.

VP, CLINICAL TRANSFORMATION - POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintains accountability across the full program lifecycle for creative vision, engagement, analytics, and results; defines success and holds the line on consistent, defensible, and actionable measurement.

Partners across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology to align programs with enterprise strategy and secure adoption in the field. Builds the analytics and reporting that turn program data into action, and drives upstream data alignment across worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems.

Builds trust with Practice Presidents, operators, and influential physicians, and leads executive reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Practice Presidents, and Board.

Designs and operates the Physician Performance Management program, which measures and incentivizes physician performance across clinical, operational, and financial metrics.

Leads the Time-Based Work Unit (TBWU) infrastructure for valuing physician work at RP, including valuation strategy, value allocation across exams, and technical implementation.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Master’s degree or higher.

10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy, ideally in a multi-site healthcare organization.

Working knowledge of the clinical operations data ecosystem, including worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems, and of physician productivity and compensation methodology, including RVU and wRVU systems.

Deep, hands-on fluency in performance analytics, Excel and automated analytics platforms, financial modeling, and metric design, paired with a management consulting toolkit spanning strategy, implementation, and management.

Ability to influence physicians and senior leaders, lead change where measurement affects physician livelihoods, build trust with skeptics, and build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
